This yummy dessert recipe was found on Nestle’s website. It’s really simple and quite delicious.

You’ll need:
1 Cup of softened butter
3/4 Cup sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 Cups flour
2 Cups mini chocolate morsels, divided

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Start by mixing the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add in the egg and vanilla next. Gradually add in the flour until well mixed. Next, add in one cup of the mini chocolate chips and mix. Press the mixture onto the bottom of an ungreased 13×9 baking pan.

Bake for 30 – 33 minutes or until the top is a light brown. After you take it out, immediately sprinkle the remaining mini chips on top. Wait 5 minutes or until the morsels are shiny. Spread them evenly with a spoon and let it cool completely. After it cools, cut it into squares and enjoy!

Great for parties and just in general.

Ever just needed something sweet without a lot of hassle to make it? Cakes are awesome, but not easily made in a hurry. Until now. Just 5 minutes and you can be eating a chocolate cake with whatever you want in it right out of a coffee cup. Could it really get any better than that?

5 Min. Chocolate Cake

1 large coffee mug
4 tbs. flour
4 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. cocoa
1 egg
3 tbs. milk
3tbs. oil
3 tbs. chocolate chips (optional)
small splash of vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in the mug together. Add the egg and mix. Add the milk and oil, mix again. Add chocolate chips if you want and the splash of vanilla, and mix again. Microwave on high for 3 min. and enjoy.

You can add anything to this! Want pecans? throw it in! Want marshmallows? Toss it in! You can also add mint or caramel chips for a real treat.
